I was thrilled with my room upgrade. I secured a fantastic rate. The king bed was supremely comfortable. I found the location convenient for shops and museums. The bottled cocktail honesty bar on the roof terrace was a great feature.

Charming Boutique Hotel Experience!

I adored the room upgrade to a Junior Suite! The suite was gorgeous. They have a beautifully decorated lobby and living room. It is great. The breakfast room is cute. The English breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
I would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room for early mornings.

As a solo traveler, i felt safe . The desk is staffed 24/7 and they always buzz you in. my four-poster double room was perfect, very quiet and private. i enjoyed the easy walk to the bus stop and access to nearby shops like john lewis. i really enjoyed my visit.
the tv main channels did not sync properly with the screen. it was a slight annoyance but did not ruin my stay.
