decent stay but some issues exist

elegant curtains comfortable bed filling breakfast stained carpet dated room inaccurate description
the location was great. many restaurants was close by and that was good. the room had elegant curtains and a king bed. the full english breakfast was fantastic and it was filling for the whole day.
the hotel wasn't as described. i felt cheated for that reason. the carpets were stained and threadbare in places. the room needed tlc as it felt dated and unloved, i think.

I was thrilled with my room upgrade. I secured a fantastic rate. The king bed was supremely comfortable. I found the location convenient for shops and museums. The bottled cocktail honesty bar on the roof terrace was a great feature.

Charming Boutique Hotel Experience!

I adored the room upgrade to a Junior Suite! The suite was gorgeous. They have a beautifully decorated lobby and living room. It is great. The breakfast room is cute. The English breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
I would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room for early mornings.

charming chelsea stay

safe feeling four poster bed convenient location
As a solo traveler, i felt safe . The desk is staffed 24/7 and they always buzz you in. my four-poster double room was perfect, very quiet and private. i enjoyed the easy walk to the bus stop and access to nearby shops like john lewis. i really enjoyed my visit.
the tv main channels did not sync properly with the screen. it was a slight annoyance but did not ruin my stay.
